Yes I like the idea of Ignitus being Spyro's father. It would be cool is his mum was a blue cause Red + Blue makes purple! lol. Although at the end of the first game I almost had a slight inkling that Cynder was going to turn out to be Spyro's Mom.. yea I know weird.

I think it's likely to happen; Ignitus and Spyro look a lot alike and act a lot alike as well. Spyro even started off with fire and regained it first in TEN, hinting that he would've been a fire dragon had he not been purple. They've gone to a lot of trouble to make it so obvious, so how could they not do it ?!

Aside from that, when I say I-S father-son, I mean more their actual bond rather than the biological relation. The bond matters more than blood - it's a lesson I have learned the hard way, and each day it sinks in even more for me >.>. They've impacted each others' lives greatly; Ignitus is a tortured soul and was very much rather trapped in depression at the start; but Spyro gave him hope again and a reason to smile once more. It was really awesome seeing how he progressed thru ANB and became more and more expressive. Spyro, on the other hand, didn't believe in himself much at the start; but Ignitus guided and believed in him, and that was crucial in his growth. He is what he is because of Ignitus. And the games show us much evidence that the two care a lot about each other; Ignitus is so caring and compassionate towards Spyro(I personally love that about Ignitus, how compassionate he is), and Spyro obviously looks up to him and is attached to him greatly. If This Broken Soul isn't evidence of all this, I don't know what is. And it's officially confirmed that Ignitus is father figure anyways.
Gah, enough of the father-son rant; I don't want to scare you away like I've done others XD;;.

Hmmm.... as far as blue dragoness goes, it doesn't necessarily have to be a blue one; there's no rule that states that the child's color has anything to do with the parents' . However, there is one point to be made; Red only really goes with blue, so if Ignitus had a mate, i imagine she would, indeed, be blue; my fancharacter, Kata(Ignitus's mate/Spyro's mom) is blue, actually .

As for Cynder; hee, that made me chuckle, but I see where you're coming from. I actually had a small hint of a suspicion as well, but I quickly set it aside; I've always been convinced that Ignitus is Spyro's dad, and Ignitus x Dark Cynder is just... no XD. That was further solidified when she was revealed to be a child D:. I can't believe some people actually LIKE the pairing. Ignitus knows way better D:. But still, I definitely see where you're coming from as far as that goes, so no, it's not too weird, just that I think that by the end of ANB, that thought was probably dropped XD.

...damn, I'm talking too much again XD. I just have so much to say when it comes to LoS. Sorry about that .
